Esme joined Greenbank in October 2020 as a client service executive. She has worked in financial roles since 2017, first with Airbus and then with a wealth manager. Esme graduated from the University of the West of England in 2018 with a first class degree in Business Management with Accounting and Finance (Ba Hons).
Esme is a diploma level qualified member of the CII (DipPFS), having achieved the level 4 diploma in financial advice. She continues to study in this area with a special interest in ESG investments.

Carolyn is a Senior Investment Analyst for equity investments at Greenbank. She joined Greenbank in June 2024 and has over twenty years’ experience as both an equity analyst and an ESG analyst. She worked for blue-chip banks including Cazenove, Citigroup, UBS, and Deutsche Bank, before switching focus to Sustainable Investments. She then joined Newton Investment Management as an ESG analyst, before moving to join the sustainable investment team at T Rowe Price. Carolyn holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Cambridge University, and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Charlie joined Greenbank in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Warwick with a BASc (Bachelor of Arts and Sciences) in Economic Studies and Global Sustainable Development. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from CFA Society United Kingdom. As an Ethical, Sustainable and Impact Researcher, Charlie is responsible for analysing investments against a range of environmental, social and governance criteria, as well as for conducting thematic research into key responsible investment issues. Charlie also supports on Greenbank’s engagement and stewardship initiatives, with a specialism in nature-related issues.

Iain works alongside Nick Roe-Ely in the management of investment portfolios for private individuals, pensions, trusts and charities. He is a member of the firm’s Adviser Specialist Group and contributes to the Rathbones investment process through his position on the Overseas Equities Committee.
A graduate of the University of Liverpool with a BA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics, Iain began his career with BNY Mellon working with institutional clients in its asset servicing division before moving to Rathbones in 2015.
Iain is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has been awarded the level 7 CISI Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification. He also holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate and the CISI Investment Administration Qualification.

He is also an investment analyst, responsible for ethical and sustainable equity research. Kai joined the ethical, sustainable and impact research team in March 2019 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Law and he is a CFA Charterholder.

Lauren holds a B.A. (Mod) in Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Will began his career at Hargreaves Lansdown in 2018, before moving to the Brunel Pension Partnership, where he was a portfolio analyst and then a deputy portfolio manager. Will read English Literature at Newcastle University, graduating in 2016. He is a CFA charter holder.
